I recently had an encounter with David, the project manager, regarding the front door lock of my apartment. Since moving in about a month ago, the lock had not been functioning properly. When David tested it, he immediately confirmed it needed fixing. When he asked how long the issue had been present, I mentioned it had been since I moved in.
David was understandably surprised and asked why I hadn’t reported it earlier, especially since I’d been leaving my front door unlocked. I replied, ‘I wasn’t bothered; it’s a secure building, and all the tenants are nice people.’
David’s prompt attention and the secure, friendly environment of the building only reinforce my satisfaction as a tenant here. The team truly cares about our comfort and safety.
We worked with Major to build three units on a much larger project in Newham. Despite us being a small player, they worked closely with us throughout the build and consulted us down to the finest of details. Our tenants were delighted with their new homes as a result.

Their advice has been invaluable and extremely knowledgeable to navigate through the rigorous process. I highly recommend their services.
